Experience A Better Cleaning

  • What carpet cleaning methods do you use?
We use professional-grade steam cleaning (hot water extraction) and dry cleaning methods to deep clean and sanitize your carpets, removing dirt, allergens, and stains effectively.
  • How long does it take for my carpets to dry after cleaning?
Drying time varies based on the cleaning method used, carpet type, humidity levels, and room ventilation. Typically, carpets require 4–6 hours to dry completely. To ensure optimal results, we recommend minimizing foot traffic during this period. Thanks to our Rapid Dry technology, we can often dry carpets, wood, tile, and area rugs before we finish our visit.
  • Do you remove tough stains and pet odors?
Yes! Our advanced cleaning solutions target tough stains, pet accidents, and odors, restoring freshness to your carpets. While most stains can be removed, we will assess any deep-set stains and provide the best treatment options.
  • How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
For regular maintenance, we recommend professional carpet cleaning every 6-12 months. Homes with pets, kids, or high foot traffic may benefit from more frequent cleanings.
  • Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning services?
Yes, we offer same-day and emergency cleaning services when available. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your urgent cleaning needs.
  • Do you offer fire, military, first responders, and police discounts?
Yes! We offer 20% off of all of our services for first responders! *Not Valid With Any Other Promotions or Discounts.
  • What is your Furniture Moving Policy?
What We Move: Our technicians can safely move furniture that can be handled by one person. This includes basic items such as sofas, tables, chairs, etc. (excluding some electric sofas). Client Preparation: We kindly ask that you remove all items from the surfaces of furniture as well as any fragile, breakable objects and plants. For dressers and larger items, please remove drawers or any contents prior to your service. What We Don't Move: We do not handle beds, plants, electronics, or antiques.
