Where Elite Came From
Chris Leitner has spent more than 30 years cleaning carpet, upholstery, tile and other floors in homes across North Texas. Elite Flooring Services is the business he built from that experience.

Over three decades of work, he learned that no two floors are alike. A carpet that looks fine can hold years of pet odor underneath. Grout that looks hopeless often cleans up with the right method. Natural stone can be damaged by the wrong product. So Chris starts every job by looking at the floor and asking questions, not by reaching for a standard routine.

Today Elite is based in Haslet and serves homeowners in Haslet, North Fort Worth, Keller, Roanoke and Northlake. Chris still meets customers, looks at their floors and explains what he recommends before any work begins.

What Chris Will Tell You
Chris gives honest recommendations, and that sometimes means telling you what you would rather not hear.
"Your floors do not need this yet."
If a service would not make a real difference, he says so instead of selling it to you.
"That stain may not come out."
He explains what cleaning can and cannot fix before work starts, so nothing surprises you afterward.
"Here is what it costs, before I start."
You get an upfront quote, and nothing begins until you say yes.
"This surface needs a different method."
Carpet, wood, tile and stone each clean differently. He chooses the method after looking at your floor, not before.
