Your appointment begins with a walkthrough of the problem areas. Chris explains the recommended treatment and confirms the quote with you, then treats and cleans the affected areas. Before he arrives, you can help by pointing out the spots you know about and keeping pets in another room during the visit. After the job, he explains how long drying will take and how to care for the area so odors do not return.
