What to Expect From Marble, Granite and Stone Cleaning
At your appointment, Chris walks through the surfaces with you, points out the problem areas, and confirms the method and the quote. He tests the method on a small hidden area first where needed, then cleans the stone and checks the results with you. Before he arrives, you can help by clearing items from floors and surfaces, and by telling him which products you have used on the stone. After the job, he explains how to care for it between cleanings and which products to avoid.

Consider booking when your stone looks dull or cloudy, you see stains, rings or dark spots, or the floor has lost its shine in the high-traffic areas. It is also a good time to book if you suspect the wrong cleaner has been used, or before a sale or a special event.
